Opening a new chapter for its businesses, CMP Group upholds the spirit of giving back to the society together with the long yearning for aesthetics. Using a pun of "1014", which sounds like "one man, one tree" in Chinese: PUJEN Land Development was established on October 14, 2002.

"Back to the original, PUJEN incorporates buildings into the environment and bring people's life back to nature." PUJEN has been dedicated to protecting the environment and building a house that can co-exist with nature in harmony, along with a mission of promoting green buildings. What we build for our clients are not houses, but happy homes.

CMP Group started its Lifestyle Hospitality business in Calligraphy Greenway in Taichung, aiming to revitalizing land and maximizing its value and to deepen the relationships with people. CMP Group also aims to provide the best services for all families. Deep rooted in this field for a long run, CMP Group formally started　the Lifestyle Hospitality business in 2006. Now, it runs the Hotel National Company Limited, the Splendor Hotel Taichung, InterContinental Taichung Co., Ltd. (in preparation), Shangrila Paradise, etc.

Lifestyle Hospitality-retaill

In the spirit of giving back to his hometown, the Founder of the CMP Group, Ho, Ming Shiann, established the Retail Business Division in 2007 and collaborated with Eslite, a top brand of culture and bookstore in Taiwan to create Park Lane by CMP. Now, Park Lane by CMP has become a new hub of culture, nature, and arts in Taiwan. Park Lane by Splendor was then established to devote more efforts into humanity and culture to provide quality services for family customers.
